1913: Turkey 20 pa. rose on ordinary paper, a horizontal pair surcharged with "Double headed Eagle" in red - in tête-bêche format with right hand stamp showing surcharge inverted, used on cover to 'Monsieur Kennedy, Ameriken en Valona', tied by ELBASAN cds (Aug 7) in black. Repeated strike at left and reverse with PEQIN cds (same day) in violet. Slight aging on one or two perfs. but rare. Signed Prêndushi, Sorani.
