Austrian Post Offices in Dobrudja 1867: Levant 3 s. green, a used block of six (3 x 2), neatly cancelled by "CZERNAWODA 14/7" circular datestamps in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 851), with part arrival cds of "GLASGOW" at right (2 July 1873) in black.
