Austrian PO's 1860: Entire letter to Paris struck by superb "FOKSCHAN" circular datestamp (Oct 17) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 738), with Hermanstadt transit on reverse and unusually struck by both "Autriche / Erquelines"  and "Tour-T / Valenciennes" entry marks in blue (Oct 27) alongside and charged '16' décimes due on arrival. Very few entires are known from Fokschan. Ex collection Sassower.
