1862: Fourth Issue, 1 p. lilac, bluish coarser wove paper, two used examples, both cancelled by "BOGOTA" Pearl oval, one in the extremely rare blue colour the other in black, slight faults, although complete margins and fine appearance, scarce duo Scott 23 = $3'500. Cert. Bortfeldt (2008) which states on the blue Bogota 'Scarce'. Ex the Brian Moorhouse Estate.
