1887: President Bernardo Soto Afaro, small group of three items, comprising a revenue issue 5 c. brown (Scott AR3) used on large part of cover tied by violet oval and double ring datestamp, very scarce usage; together with 1887 5 c. and 10 c. (Scott 21-22) in unused horizontal strips of four overprinted with 'SPECIMEN' in red, in the main unmounted, very fresh duo and scarce selection, especially with the part cover.
