CANAL ZONE in violet, used on a cover, Empire to Culebra, dated 7 July 1904, addressed to 'Panama Rail Road Newsagent, tied Empire cds with Canal / Zone bars cancel alongside both in black. To the reverse an arrival backstamp in black (JUL 7). Envelope reduced slightly at left and some minor creasing and imperfections to right side. Otherwise, fine and scarce. Cert. Moorhouse (2009).
