1 d. black, plate 8, two singles, lettered CF and EH, tied to folded entire by black Maltese Crosses, both stamps showing Stage 2 of the "O" flaw, from Brigend to Cardiff, with 4 July same-day double-arc despatch and red receiver datestamps on reverse, letter reading in part "Enclosed you have the Certificate which I promised to send you..." accounting for the cover`s size and the double rate of 2 d., some trivial edge toning, an overall fresh entire.
