1911: Postal Stationery Card, ½ d. green, unused, "SPECIMEN" overprint diagonally in black, also "ULTRAMAR" violet handstamp. Moderate discolouration, otherwise fine, a scarce example. Sold with an unused example of the issued card.
Note: The 'Ultramar' handstamp was applied in Lisbon to specimen stamps and postal stationery received from the U.P.U. for distribution to the Portugese colonies.
