1862 (June): Handstruck 30 pa. blue, two examples with large even margins all round, used on registered cover to Bucharest each tied by framed "FRANCO / TEKOUTCI" handstamp (Kiriac fig. 320) in blue and by framed "PP" in red presumably to prevent re-use of the adhesives; RECIPISSE at left and circular "TEKUTSCH / MOLDOVA" cds (July 29) in blue at top (Kiriac fig. 283). "BUCURESCII" arrival in red (July 31) on reverse. Slight soiling on 30 pa. on reverse but a scarce and attractive cover that opens well for Exhibit display.
