1866/75: 1 d. green horizontal pair on white wove paper, 4 d. lake-red on pale rose paper, 6 d. pale rose on white wove paper, perf. 12 all on 1869 somewhat battered cover to Hampstead tied by "A13" obliterators from Tortola; together with an 1891 philatelic franking to Munich with five different Virgin Islands stamps (1867/70 1 d. yellow-green and 1 d. green; 1879 1 d. emerald, 1883/84 ½ d. yellow-buff, ½ d. dull green) and Leeward Islands 1 d. dull mauve and carmine and 1 s. dull green & carmine all cancelled by bold strikes of "A91" obliterators with Tortola despatch cds at left.
