1892: First Issue 1 d. black, 1½ d. mauve, 2½ d. blue and 10 d. carmine, used examples on 1893 registered cover to Cardiff, Wales all tied by circular "COOK ISLANDS / P.O." with "RAROTONGA" cds (June 7) in black below. "Government of the Cook Islands" violet cachets on obverse and reverse and Auckland transit (June 16) and London transit in red (July 19) all on obverse. Slight tone spot on the 1 d. otherwise fresh and very fine.
