Austrian P.O. 1867: 15 s. brown, a single example used on 1870 cover from Constantinople to Vienna, tied in transit by "VARNA" thimble cds (July 1) in black (Tchilinghirian fig.885) with, alongside, straight line "VIA VARNA" handstamp in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 114). Believed to be the latest recorded usage of the "VIA VARNA" handstamp. A fine and rare entire.
