1853 & 1854: Postmaster General's Postal Notices (2) with March 1853 examples "Reduction of Postage on Letters to Brazil" and the new rates to be charged from April 1st. with payment in advance only; and August 1854 example "Mails for Brazil and the River Plate" noting that mail would now be possible twice a month due to a contract with the South American and General Steam Navigation Co. Both with restoration and each with "LERWICK" Post Office datestamps of receipt in green. Scarce.
