6 Parale cherry-red, on wove paper, superb vertical bisect in extremely fine condition, huge margins on three sides, neatly cancelled by clear strike of the GALATZ/29.3 cds, on 1863 folded printed matter cover to Jassy, showing inside the lettersheet manuscript "Circular 1863", paying 3 parale printed matter rate, with arrival bs. Cert. Gmach AIEP (2024).

This is the only recorded bisect of this stamp on a complete cover, otherwise only a large part cover is known. A major rarity of Romania.
