1917 (Jul 23) postal stationery envelope sent registered and uprated on reverse with pair and single of watercolour revenue stamps tied by the Duttiah hooded hatched cds, with boxed registration hs on obverse, fine and scarce; ex Haverbeck (lot 723); plus what looks to be a forged cover with the watercolour revenue with a cert. RPS stating that it's genuine.
