Heinrich Köhler 383rd Auction – Day 3 Single Lots: German Empire 1872 – 1945 German Reichspost – Shield Issues – The Michael Rehme Collection (part II)

½ Groschen orange with plate flaw "Notch in inner circle above R of GROSCHEN" and screw head impression (SKA, field 141) in a block of four from the lower left corner margin with three normal stamps, the two lower stamps in size L15, the plate mark "Schlanke 1" under field 141, stamps perforated from bottom. The fresh colours and very well embossed, mint never hinged multiples are in perfect condition except for a gum-matted spot on the lower left stamp (postage stamp). Multiples with plate markings are very rare, one stamp (postage stamp) signed Ebel and certificate Hennies BPP (1979)
