"CARLSRUHE STADT POST 22 SEP" (1859) on Chargé envelope of 2nd weight class with red straight-line "Chargé" and serrated wreath cancellation "Recomandirt", to Rheinböllen near Bingen. Very attractive and fine condition. An exceptionally scarce mixed franking of all 3 issues.
