"BADEN 29 SEP" (1859) on small mourning envelope (on reverse black varnish seal "Marie" and enclosed visiting card of the Duchess of Hamilton) via France to the Duke of Hamilton to Brodick Castle on the Isle of Arran, Scotland. 9 Kreuzer minimal corner crease, otherwise good condition.
