Egyptian postal boycott of Israel: 11 II 1952 pp'd air letter ex BOMBAY to KIBBUTZ LAVIE via TIBERIAS, pre-franked 6a & tied by full strike of local pmk; misrouted via Egypt, where opened & resealed by censor (K-Type-C), marked by K-Type-1 censor h/s (#58) and returned to sender undelivered, b/s 29 MCH 1952 arr. where stamped "Service Suspended" using Indian h/s. Here, when not so marked in refusing territory, marked by originating locale. Only 2 such covers known (both Feb. 1952) - probably erroniously placed in mailbag for Egypt.
