1900 (Apr 27) Hong Kong QV 4c postal card used from Western Point to Singapore,bearing at lower left a Type Bi W.B. index C cds., postage canceled by GPO cds., along with Singapore arrival cds. Type Bi W.B. cds directly applied on cover or postcard to cancel stamps is very rare, not exist in record, only a few used stamps found. This card believed to be the earliest use example of the Type Bi W.B. cds.
