CIP Coiling Dragon 1/2c x 2, matching the domestic ordinary postage, tied by rare Chinchow Sun & Moon Post Office cds., with Weihsien transit cds. (1902 Sep 24) and Kiaochow cds. (1902 Sep 28) arrival cds. alongsides. This is the item from "Postmarks History of the Imperial Ching Dynasty (1876-1912)" P149, editted by Yu Chao-Nien.

1902年7月21日中式紅條封由山東青州平信寄膠州海關，郵資1分，貼蟠龍半分2枚，銷罕見的青州郵政局日月戳，經濰縣轉運，也蓋同式日月戳（1902.7.24），於同年7月28日到達，銷膠州英文半切日戳。俞兆年編著《大清郵政史》第149頁實物。
