Upon arrival in Tel Aviv, Israel, the cover was marked with a 'To Pay' box cachet and affixed with additional postage due stamps from the 2nd postage due issue: a 20p horizontal strip of 3 and a 50p horizontal strip of 3. All stamps are tied with a Tel Aviv June 29, 1951 c.d.s
