1941 Postal Telegram envelope with KGVI 2 1/2d stamp perforated C & W by Cable and Wireless Ltd, sent to the parents of a child evacuee, sent to South Africa in terms of a scheme pormoted by the Government. The children were  permitted free telegrams once a month, fully subsidised by Cable and Wireless. With original contents and pictorial complimentes alip illustrating a child on his scooter. See telegram on reverse side of page.
