½d Emerald-green TR marginal blk of 30 with CA monogram above the top margin which is rare, plated as Electro 2 right pane 1-30, identified by 2R8 'spot over P of Penny' (ACSC 63(2)j), 2R27 'scratch king's neck' (ACSC 63(3)m), 2R30 'flaws in base of value tablet' (ACSC 63(2)n). This is a very early printing as varieties 2R4, 16, 26 do not appear. This is a very rare positional piece & is caused by the mis-guillotined of hseets between Electros 3 & 2 which were printed as a pr in Oct 1915. MNH effected by rust spots & suntanned gum but visually F-VF. ACSC (2)zb for CA pr = $1250 Mint, MNH should be double, $2500, plus varieties & other stamps $3500. A rare piece. (30) (P)
