1870 Quarter Dollar Round Liberty. Breen and Gillio-867, Rarity 4. NGC graded MS-64. The so-called "Goofy Head" quarter dollar coin. A certain reflective quality is conveyed to the viewer, but not enough for this to be called Prooflike. Just a hint of patina is seen under a light. Pop 2; none finer at NGC.
