Traite Historique des Monnoyes de France by M Le Blanc. Amsterdam 1692. Contemporary full mottled French calf, spine with 5 raised bands, 331 pgs with 58 finely engraved pgs of plates of coins. Has a paper cover so binding condition not visible but appears to be sound. Fly leaves & inner pages front & back age stained & pgs 75-78 loose o/w sound condition. The first comprehensive work on French metropolitan coins. An example of this book in VG condition, sold for US$264 in a Heritage auction in 2018.
