Spain: Seville Mint NDV (c1653) Philip IV Cob 8 Reales. KM-39.6 VF. West Australian Museum certificate no.11603 with sale permit. Coins from mainland Spain are rare off this wreck. They are believed to have belonged to the crew or passengers & were not part of the coin hoard recovered from the broken treasure chests. Very attractive. (P)
