Provisional Perforations 1868/69: 4 d. cobalt-blue, wmk. '4', serrated perforation 19 at Hobart, a fine used example on 1869 cover to the Police Office in Launceston, cancelled by the mute obliterator of Hobart in black with "PRE-PAID" datestamp (Feb 22) in red alongside. Reverse with Launceston arrival of the same day. Slight soiling to the envelope but an extremely rare usage. Certs. Philatelic Foundation (1962), Ceremuga (2005)....
