20l. royal blue (pos.124) canc. "ΑΘΗΝΑΙ*12.ΦΕΒΡ.77". Plate flaw spot on the chin. Normal "2" with incomplete arch on control number, appears in 1st setting "T" according Groom with "0" normal. However in this stamp digit "0" is inverted, higher than "2" and control number displaced. Three margins only but four control number errors (Kound. 63.5+63.11+63.15.2+63.16). Two additional pos.124 for comparison. Impressive and very rare. (Hellas 51c).
