1864, Todd/Cameron, 2r. yellow-orange, zig-zag rouletted (trimmed perfs on two sides/imperfections) with circular postmark "CORREOS/CARACAS" on cover front to France with "GB/1F60c" accountancy marking, French receiving c.d.s. 29 JUIL 1868 and part of "10" due ms. alongside.
