1899 ½a. black used on cover from the Prime Minister's Tour Camp in Birgunj to Kathmandu, with pen cancellation. The cover with part of back missing otherwise good. Dr. Hellrigl mentioned: "Yes this cover looks genuine, though I cannot see the word 'Sawari Camp'". (The ½a. stamp was issued intended for use for the correspondence between Kathmandu and the camps of the Maharajas in the South of Nepal (Terai)).
