1908-28: Collection of more than 80 covers, cards and postal stationeries, well written up on exhibition pages, with a large number of specials like 1908/09 covers to Quetta with green "QUETTA/date/UNPAID" oval handstamps, a lot of registered covers from 1910 onwards, Afganistan/India mixed frankings, well described (and translated) postmarks, mail to foreign countries including Austria, Germany (also from Germany with Afghan postage dues), Great Britain, and a lot of other specials like advertising envelope, etc. A valuable and fascinating lot, and a good basic for an exhibition collection.
