1952 Registered Air Mail 'Sample tag' addressed to London and franked on the reverse by British P.O. in Arabia 1r. on 1s. bistre and pair of 4a. on 4d. light ultramarine, all tied by "DUBAI/8 DE/52" cds, the 1r. also by indistinct stroke of an oval h/s in violet, with Reg. label alongside, and 'SAMPLE OF NO VALUE' endorsed in m/s on front. A rare sample post from the Persian Gulf.
