Jordan, incoming Air mail cover sent from RAS EL METN Lebanon on 30/7/1951 to Amman where it arrived on 31/7/1951 and was applied the Arab triangular blue seal "aadidou aldifah alsilmi" translatable as "HELP CIVIL DEFENCE" referring to the United Nations Organization inspired by the French general George Saint-Paul. Described on page 171 of the book "The Postal History of Jordan" by the authority Mr. Abed H. Najjar. To date only three envelopes known with this seal. VERY NICE AND RARE.
