1873 cover from Brussels to Constantinople, with the extremely rare arrival "Kaiserlich Deutsches Postampt 17/11 No.2", minor backflap tears, also "Prusse Est" transit on back, showing red "WFr 1 1/2" (Groschen) charge markings, fine, with 2007 Dr.Ernst Hollman and 2010 Manfred Wiegand certificates (the former stating "only 7 known" with this arrival pmk)
