Chalons 1868/78: 2 d. blue, Plate II, perf. 13, a horizontal strip of four used on 1876 cover to Rathmines, Dublin, Ireland endorsed "via Shelbourne & Brindisi", tied by "QL" obliterators and by Brisbane datestamp (Oct 27) in black. Framed "S & W R.L. / 3" (Southern & Western Railway Line 3) T.P.O. marking struck in black at right - this believed to be unique. Reverse with Holyhead & Kingstown Packet cds (Dec 17). Illustrated and listed in the Ben Palmer Queensland census on page 229.
