Pondichery to Marseille endorsed "Par Bombay & Brindisi" tied by dotted lozene in black. "Indie / Pondichery" despatch cds belwo (April 14) and circular "Col. Fr. V. Brind / A. Mod" in red (May 5) applied on arrival in Marseille. A rare 90 centime rate and a most attractive franking in the foremost quality. Signed Dillemann.
