1866/67: Llama 5 c. green, a pair and a horizontal strip of six, third printing, used on 1876 registered cover to Ayacucho tied by "Huancavelica" cds's (Nov 26) and also cancelled by seven Floral Handstamps denoting registration. Framed "CERTIFICACION" alonside and reverse with docketing of both the sender and the recipient in manuscript. Rated 10 c. Postage + 30 c. for registration.
