Crown over Q, perf. 12¾, the 1902 error from the rejected design, a used example of fine fresh colour, excellent perfs. all round, cancelled by "Parcel Post Branch / Brisbane" cds (15 April 1902) in black. This stamp only exists used, with circa eighteen to twenty examples extant of which many have faults. Choice, an exceptional example of this rarity. Certs.
