1863: Coat of Arms, 10 c. blue, vertical bisect, used with 1861 Arms of New Granada, 20 c. red, tied to small piece by "CARTAGENA / FRANCA" framed oval in blue, complete to large margins; this piece in the Newbury collection showed an additional un-bisected 1863 10 c. which did not belong and has been tucked behind this piece to leave showing only the genuine article; a very late usage of the 20 c. and a rare combination.
