Colombian States, Cauca 1883; The 'SP' monogram issue for the city of Atrato, unused top marginal block of fifty stamps, without values, ruled pencil guidelines between impressions, a few minor edge faults at the left and a pressed out crease, otherwise a fine and rare example with just 500 stamps produced, this being the largest recorded and the only major multiple. A fascinating piece. Note: 'SP' are the initials of 'Salmon Posso' the prefect of Atrato.
