Stampless Postal History, 1811 (October 20): folded cover to London, internally docketed Montreal, with partial contents noting shipment of various furs "on the Euserella," endorsed "per H.M. Frigate", rated 2/8 (sterling), struck with good "Ship Letter / QUEBEC" crown double oval, adjacent faint strike of "Ship Letter / DEAL" crown double oval, red c.d.s. arrival backstamp (16 Dec), tear at upper right and some overall aging, but a scarce cover with dual ship letter strikes.
