1871: 4 d. sage, plate 16, used on a mourning envelope with an 1880 4 d. grey-brown, plate 18, sent from Yarmouth, Norfolk to St. Kitts, West Indies, dated 15 November 1882, tied by a '927' Yarmouth duplex in black. To reverse a partial St Kitts cds arrival in black (4 December). Opening tears top, one which runs into datestamp on far left, not affecting adhesives and small fault to top of right side of envelope. A fine and attracive example. Rare. Unique combination and destination is very uncommon. A Gold Standard cover.
