Austrian P.O. 1867: 5 s. red, slight stain from gum, and 1883 10 s. blue & black, used on reverse of 5 s. red postal stationery envelope sent registered to Hamburg, the indicia and the adhesives all cancelled by good strikes of three line "FILIPPOPEL" circular datestamps (May 24, 1884) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 869). Austrian P.O. Constantinople cds (May 27) and Hamburg arrival (May 30) also displaying well on reverse of a rare mixed issue cover sensibly opened for Exhibit display. Rare.
