1859/1887: Album with Postal printed forms and covers (22 items) incl. 1860 "List of Letters" form with straight line "GALATZ" in red (not used on mail) and "BERLAD / MOLDOVA" cds (8/11) in blue; large folded 1859 form with "JASSY / MOLDOVA" datestamp (10/4) in blue; 1861 form in Cyrillic with neat "JASSY / MOLDOVA" cds in red; "Recepisa de primaire" form with 1871 5 b. carmine tied by "Ploesti" cds in blue; a similar but different forms (3) used in Bucharest each bearing 5 b. rose-carmine for letters to Nice or Paris, France; 1869 15 b. red used on "Posta No. 63" blue forms (2) both used from "Bolgrad" and another used from "Craiova" with straight line CRAIOVA" adjacent to adhesive; 1880 25 b. blue on "Recipisa de Inapoeri" form tied by Jassy cds, 1867 "Retour Recepisa" form in blue with 1866 29 pa. black on rose tied by grill with "Tirgul-Frumos" cds at left; 1876 form with 10 b. blue tied by "Tirgul-Frumos" thimble cds, 1872 cover front with 25 b. brown perf. 12½ to Paris; 1886 receipt for a letter to Constantinople cancelled "Independance Roumaine" cds and a matching reg'd cover; a most appealing lot.
