1897: 12 ch. rose-lilac postal stationery envelope (Persiphila PE9/H&G B9), a used example to Constantinople up-rated with 1899 Control handstamped 12 c. rose further surcharged in violet (Gi 175), all tied by TABRIZ cds's (Dec 24) in black. Reverse with Austrian Post Office in Constantinople arrival cds (Jan 7, 1901) in black. Opening folds at top but an extremely scarce issue on letter.
