Ballon Monté No. 28 1870 (Nov 8): Gazette Des Absents No. 5, used to Falaise endorsed 'par Ballon Monté', franked by 1863/67 20 c. blue, tied by '3921' gros chiffres with 'Paris / Las Ternes' datestamp (Nov 8, 6th levée) alongside in black. Probably flown from beseiged Paris on the Ballon "Le Daguerre" with Falaise backstamp of arrival (Nov 29) on reverse. Scarce and very fine Maury = € 550+.
