1861 Woodblock 4d blue on laid paper showing retouch or repair to right hand corner, stated by cert. RPS (1912) to be unused and RPS (2013) as soiled, with pinhole at left and slight thins, an extremely rare stamp of which no other unused examples are known, and not priced by S.G. unused, a major Cape rarity; ex W. H. Peckitt; cert. RPS (1912) and RPS (2013).
