Entire letter sent to Buenos AIres on 26/JUL/1818, with the marks "TUCUMAN" and "FRANCA" (GJ.TUC 3 and 4) very well applied. The text is of commercial nature (about prices of sugar, etc.), and at the end there is an interesting phrase about current affairs: "the retreat of the enemy after the defeat in Chile...", excellent quality, signed by Victor Kneitschel (initial)
