Auction # 2510 WORLDWIDE + ARGENTINA: Special March auction

GJ.1, 2001 60c. franking a cover that originated in USA and sent by a worldwide bulk mail broker from Buenos Aires to Japan through the Argentine Post and returned to sender (the addressee could not be located in Japan). The postage with the stamp for large clients was applied on 15/AU/2003 when the cover was returned to Argentina as a charge for the postage, very fine quality, very rare!
